Travel & rooms
When included in the engagement: eight round-trip flights (one first class, seven coach), airport and venue transfers, and reasonable local transport. Eight nearby hotel rooms: one suite and seven standard rooms at a 4.5–5-star hotel. Routes and dates are confirmed per agreement.
Backstage
Three private, clean, climate-controlled dressing rooms: one well-lit artist room and two band/tech rooms. Cover exposed windows; provide mirrors, showers where available, and Wi-Fi if possible. Limit access to the artist party and management-approved guests, from arrival until up to two hours after the event.
Refreshments & towels
18 room-temperature Fiji waters; hot water, coffee, hazelnut cream, herbal and jasmine green tea, honey, lemons, chilled Sprite Zero and Diet Coke, and ice. Five white and five black hand/stage towels; four white bath towels if showers are available.
Food for eight
Catered sandwiches and snacks, plus hot meals. No pork or fried food.
